As a design thinker and UX strategist, I am committed to crafting inclusive, insight-driven digital experiences.

The world is changing at an accelerated pace. Our personal lives, our family lives, our professional lives, all changing in ways we could not have imagined just a short time ago. Humanity must adapt these extraordinary times, increasingly turning to digital technologies to enable transformation. A commitment to promoting equitable, people-centered solutions has never been more important. 

Over the course of my UX career, I’ve become convinced that businesses achieve their greatest success when they are able to authentically and meaningfully connect with the audiences they serve. Beyond intellectual comprehension, but rather a direct, empathetic understanding of the challenges customers face. This applies to internal audiences as well, benefiting every level of the organization and every stage of the design process. Developing and applying empathy in practice is difficult. This is a focus and key aspect of my work.

The impact and potential of design thinking goes far beyond the UX designer’s toolbox. Similar techniques can be applied to just about any problem-solving situation, helping to increase empathy, expand awareness and bolster innovation. As a design professional (and human being), I intend to be a strong advocate for positive change, seeking opportunities to introduce design thinking to solve problems that make a difference in people’s lives.
